Summit
The Summit is a 20 unit student housing project near the campus of The Ohio State University. This project set out to completely redefine off campus housing and to raise the bar for what students should expect. Our mindset was that students appreciated good design and would pay more and respect the project more as a result. The project has enjoyed tremendous success since its opening in 2005.
