Sandusky
In an area affectionately know as the Paper District, this 200,000sf cardboard and paper mill was abandoned and eventually taken over by the city of Sandusky. In 2005 we helped the city and developer get a grant from the Ohio State Department of Development for environmental remediation. The design rehabilitated the building into 200 luxury loft style condominiums. The master plan calls for a new retail center, marina, offices, and entertainment districts. The condominiums where completed in 2007.
