199 South Fifth Street

This 1970's office Building was vacant for several years before the developer /architect team came up with the scheme to redevelop the site into 19 residential condominiums. The original curtain wall was removed and large 12'-0" cantilevered balconies where added to increase the amount of livable space and create a new vibrancy to the street below. An all glass penthouse level was added in conjunction with a large communal roof top terrace. All the spaces are designed to dissolve boundaries and create a sense of limitless space.
